計(jì)及切向電磁力的永磁同步磁阻電機(jī)振動(dòng)噪聲分析

    摘 要:電機(jī)電磁振動(dòng)主要是由于作用在定子內(nèi)、外側(cè)齒部上的電磁力引起,以一臺(tái) 20 kW、8 極 48 槽永磁同步磁阻電機(jī)為研究對(duì)象,建立定子齒部所受電磁力模型,分別分析徑向電磁力、切向電磁力引起電機(jī)振動(dòng)的原因,并將徑向電磁力、切向電磁力以及徑向與切向電磁力分別作用于電機(jī)定子內(nèi)表面,對(duì)比分析不同電磁力作用下的電機(jī)振動(dòng)噪聲特性。結(jié)果表明切向電磁力對(duì)電機(jī)振動(dòng)噪聲的影響不僅有疊加作用,也有抵消作用,為完整體現(xiàn)電機(jī)的振動(dòng)特性,不能忽視切向電磁力對(duì)電機(jī)電磁噪聲的影響。

Motor Considering Tangential Electromagnetic Force

    Abstract: The electromagnetic vibration of the motor is mainly caused by the electromagnetic force acting on the inner and outer teeth of the stator. In this paper, taking a 20 kW, 8-pole 48-slot permanent magnet synchronous reluctance motor as the research object, establishing electromagnetic force model of the stator teeth, then separately analyzing the causes of the motor vibration caused by the radial and tangential electromagnetic forces, and the radial electromagnetic force, tangential electromagnetic force, radial and tangential electromagnetic force are applied to the inner surface of the motor stator, the vibration noise characteristics of the motor are compared and analyzed. The results show that the tangential electromagnetic force not only has superposition effect on the vibration noise of the motor, but also has counteracting effect. In order to fully reflect the vibration characteristics of the motor, the influence of tangential electromagnetic force on the electromagnetic noise of the motor cannot be ignored.
