新型電力系統(tǒng)中的公共樓宇用電負(fù)荷柔性調(diào)控研究

		    摘 要:為了應(yīng)對短時間的尖峰負(fù)荷,需要引入柔性可控負(fù)荷來增強(qiáng)新型電力系統(tǒng)的調(diào)節(jié)能力。開展了公共樓宇用電負(fù)荷特性調(diào)研,并對設(shè)備用能行為開展相關(guān)性分析;構(gòu)建了公共樓宇主要可調(diào)設(shè)備的調(diào)控模型,使用強(qiáng)化學(xué)習(xí)和多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化法提出了調(diào)控策略最優(yōu)化選擇方法。以某大型城市商業(yè)樓宇為案例進(jìn)行分析,證明了新型電力系統(tǒng)中公共樓宇用電負(fù)荷柔性調(diào)控對保持電網(wǎng)穩(wěn)定運行的效果,給未來新型電力系統(tǒng)中的新型負(fù)荷管理工作提供了新思路。

					    Abstract: In order to cope with short-term peak loads, it is necessary to introduce flexible controllable loads to enhance the regulation capability of the new power system. This article conducted research and analysis on the electricity load characteristics of public buildings, and carried out correlation analysis on equipment energy consumption behavior. A regulation model for the main adjustable equipment in public buildings was constructed, a method for optimizing the selection of regulation strategies was proposed using reinforcement learning and multi-objective optimization. A case analysis was conducted using commercial buildings as a case study, demonstrating the effectiveness of flexible load regulation for public buildings in maintaining stable operation of the power grid in the new power system, providing a new ideas for new load management work in future new power systems.
