變壓器絕緣電阻計算中繞組絕緣結(jié)構(gòu)簡化建模方法

    摘 要:變壓器絕緣電阻是衡量變壓器絕緣狀態(tài)的重要指標之一。針對變壓器絕緣電阻計算中繞組絕緣結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜、建模困難等問題,基于某 35 kV 變壓器模型,采用有限元恒定電場計算方法對變壓器絕緣電阻進行分析?;诓煌刃P蛯ψ儔浩骼@組絕緣結(jié)構(gòu)的簡化建模方法進行討論,通過對比分析得出各層獨立的餅狀結(jié)構(gòu)較為合理,等效計算誤差小于1%。同時分別對撐條、墊塊等基本絕緣部件在變壓器絕緣電阻計算中的影響進行研究,并就相應(yīng)模型簡化方法給出合理建議,對變壓器絕緣結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化設(shè)計及絕緣材料參數(shù)反演計算具有指導(dǎo)意義,該方法同時可應(yīng)用于變壓器絕緣狀態(tài)評估之中。

Simplified Modeling Method of Winding Insulation Structure in
Calculation of Insulation Resistance of Transformer

    Abstract: Transformer insulation resistance is one of the important indexes to measure the insulation state of transformer. Aiming at the problems of complex winding insulation structure and difficult modeling in transformer insulation resistance calculation, based on a 35 kV transformer model, this paper analyzes the insulation resistance of transformer using finite element steady electric field calculation method.Based on the different equivalent model, the simplified modeling method for the insulation structure of transformer winding is discussed.Through comparison and analysis, it is concluded that the independent pancake-like structures of each layer is more reasonable and the equivalent calculation error is less than 1%. Simultaneously, the study investigates the influence of basic insulating components such as support rods and spacers on transformer insulation resistance calculations. It provides reasonable recommendations for corresponding model simplification methods, offering guidance for optimizing transformer insulation structures and performing parameter inversion calculations for insulation materials. This methodology is also applicable to assessing the insulation condition of transformers.
