					    Abstract: In order to improve the safety performance of hydrogen system during the operation of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, monitor and analyze the safety parameters such as hydrogen temperature, humidity and pressure in real time, this paper proposes a hydrogen safety monitoring system for hydrogen fuel cell vehicles based on LabVIEW. According to the structure of hydrogen fuel cell management system, an integrated monitoring system with functions such as serial communication, data verification and judgment, multi-data processing, fault alarm and data record saving is constructed by using the LabVIEW platform, and optimizes the software operation interface and data visualization curve display.The experimental results show that the system can establish a stable communication connection, accurately monitor and update hydrogen safety data in real time, and visually display parameter data changes and record preservation. It has enhanced the efficiency of monitoring and troubleshooting for users, providing a new solution for data monitoring in hydrogen fuel cell vehicles and the safe application of hydrogen energy.
